How long is each session?
Our sessions run 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the format. Each includes an engaging wellness experience led by expert presenters, followed by curated time for vendor exploration, sampling, and interaction.
Our sessions blend education with embodiment — ranging from sound healing, breathwork, and nervous system resets to practical sessions on nutrition, sleep, and mental clarity. All are led by vetted, values-aligned experts in holistic wellness.
Not at all. We handle every detail — from presenters and vendors to setup and session flow. You just pick a date and share the room. That’s it.
Our Signature Session is designed for 25–30 participants, and our Premium Session accommodates up to 40. If you have a larger team, we can explore creative solutions or multiple activations.
Absolutely. During your Discovery Call, we’ll ask about your goals (e.g., stress relief, connection, focus, etc.) and tailor the experience to match your team's needs and company culture.
It can be either. Many companies start with a single session and later build a quarterly or biannual rhythm. We’re happy to discuss both options during your Discovery Call.
Market360 is our curated pop-up wellness market, typically paired with sessions. It features clean, local vendors offering samples, demos, and one-on-one engagement — giving employees a hands-on way to explore wellness right at work.
